The people behind the phone
Meet the Team
A small local crew rather than a call center. These are the people who answer at 3am and the people who show up at your door.
Jack Turner
Over a decade in the trade and the person who started this company after being locked out of his own house. Known for problem-solving on the doors other people quote a replacement for. A Huntsville High graduate; spends weekends hiking the local trails with his family.
Sarah Mitchell
A Huntsville native who keeps dispatch, scheduling and the trucks running. Her background is business management and her attention to detail is the reason ETAs we quote are ETAs we hit. Avid reader; volunteers at the local animal shelter.
Tommy Lee
Fifteen-plus years in the trade and our fastest response times. Specializes in car key replacement and all-keys-lost work, which is the hardest thing we do at the roadside. Coaches his son’s little league team.
Emily Rodriguez
Born and raised in Huntsville, and very often the voice you hear at 3am. Emily is the reason a stressful call tends to end calmer than it started. Bakes, and brings the results to the office more often than is strictly fair.
What you can expect
Every technician who comes to your door
Is licensed, bonded and insured. Carries identification you are welcome to ask for before you let them start. Attempts non-destructive entry first, and tells you before drilling anything. And charges the number you were given on the phone.
If any of that does not happen on one of our jobs, we want to know about it — it is a complaint we will actually act on, not a form that goes nowhere.
We are usually hiring. If you are a locksmith in North Alabama, or you want to become one, our careers page lists what is open.
