Are you really open at 3am on a holiday?
Yes. There is no answering service and no voicemail queue — a person picks up, and a licensed technician is dispatched from that conversation. Nights, weekends and holidays included.
Will you damage my door or my lock getting in?
Almost never. Non-destructive entry is always attempted first and works on the large majority of residential, commercial and automotive locks. If a lock genuinely cannot be picked we tell you before we drill, and we quote the replacement first.
What do you need before you unlock a door for me?
Proof you are entitled to be there — photo ID matching the address, a lease, a utility bill, or a vehicle registration. Every legitimate locksmith runs this check, and it is what stops someone else making the same call about your property.
Are your locksmiths licensed and insured?
Yes. Every technician who attends a job is licensed, bonded and insured, and carries identification you are welcome to ask for at the door.
Do you charge more at night and on weekends?
There is an after-hours rate, and you hear it on the phone before we roll. There are no line items that appear after the work is finished.
